Featured Friday: Iddris Sandu, Architect of Life, Change-maker

Sandu is an up-and-coming influencer with an inclusive and powerful message.

By Kelly Johnson

At only 20 years of age, Iddris Sandu is incredibly accomplished. Sandu, an adept software developer, has worked for large companies such as Google (when he was only 13 years old!) and Snapchat, just to name a few.

Sandu aspires to make science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) accessible to kids living in underserved communities, and he uses his social channels to empower America’s youth to make a positive impact in their communities.

“I am a person who is very hard working, has the mentality of a go-getter and is very positive minded. I love to mentor kids … I feel like it is my duty to leave an impact on this world,” said Sandu in a published statement.

He’s been recognized by corporations and community leaders for his efforts to drive societal change, and Sensai is excited to feature Sandu.

Check out a few posts from his Instagram:

"He who has wisdom has intellect. He who has intellect will surely have identity. He who has identity has power, he who has power has self control" We never had the tools so we was all screwed. But I was sharpened by the leaders of the new school. The Renaissance Era is back again. We are the new Palo Alto. We are the new collective of taste makers. We are the game changers and our veins pump for revolution . Who am I? Well, I am who I am. My creative ability transcends most titles or constructions. I am simply an architect of life and I am here to bridge the disconnect. This is the unfinished story of Iddris Sandu. #wethenewpaloalto#cosigned#facts#newgeneration#marathon#blackhistorymonth#truth#innovation Edited by @georgejefff , @donovangoldvisuals @I.S. #wethenewpaloalto#revolution#iamthatwhichiam
