Angel Gambino, Founder & CEO

Angel Gambino is a WIRED Top 100 executive who has built companies on three continents. She's also an urban regeneration pioneer, a visionary investor, a passionate environmental lawyer, and a dedicated and loving mother to a boy named Bronco. The technology phase of her career has included co-founding investment partnership Prehype Partners, as well as senior roles at the BBC and MTV Networks, and leading the pioneering UK social network Bebo. She has also played pro soccer, and she ran logistics for the USWNT at the Olympics. Raised in Detroit, she recently returned to San Francisco to lead Sensai.
Don Moore, COO
Builder of scaled businesses
Don brings over 20 years experience delivering world-class results across all functions of the software value chain. In his previous role as Managing Director of Digital Foundry, he created and commercialized offerings for consumers and enterprises in open and highly regulated environments around the world. He has applied and refined his methodologies across industries, with leading brands and early stage companies, including Disney, NBC-Universal, American Express, Activision, Nokia, GE, and Mercedes Benz.
Alex Tu, Chief Data Scientist
Social AI master
A visionary technology leader with keen business acumen, Alex joins Sensai from a data science leadership role at Stanford University. He has spearheaded innovative Artificial Intelligence technologies, platforms, and products across domains, particularly social media and mobile. He founded MedInfoMatrix, a healthcare IT startup that successfully exited through acquisition. He’s built CAD/CAM automation for aerospace and defense, including robotics, voice recognition, and 2D/3D models. Alex has worked with startups such as Myspace, Monitor 360, and Aha Mobile as well as larger corporates including Oracle, Boeing, and Northrop Grumman. He practices Scrum agile as well as waterfall methodology across PDLC from spec to production.
Dave McGivney, Head of Software
Architect of big media solutions
Dave brings over 25 years of experience architecting and delivering software solutions for both Fortune 500 and startup clients. Dave has architected secure software solutions for high-assurance clients across several industries, including banking, telecommunications, and elections. Before Sens.ai, Dave was a Practice Lead at Digital Foundry where he delivered user-centered solutions with an emphasis on secure, performant, and usable software. While at Digital Foundry, Dave delivered software that millions of people worldwide use every day for companies such as Disney, NBC Universal, Time Warner, and Pearson.
Eric Meyerson, Head of Marketing
Social media marketing leader
Eric brings a decade of marketing experience with social platforms, having served as a senior marketing leader at Facebook, YouTube, and Eventbrite. He has spent the past decade engaging and advising creators, publishers, agencies, political campaigns, and businesses across the social ecosystem. He launched YouTube’s video advertising business, including the skippable TrueView format which has become industry standard. Most recently at Facebook, Eric started up a new team focusing on publishers and creators. At Eventbrite, Eric bootstrapped an innovative brand publishing program with social and email distribution. He earned his MBA from UC-Berkeley and BA from Wesleyan University.
